Mid-century furniture by Paolo Piva (Italy)

Paolo Piva was born in Adria, Italy, in 1950. He studied architecture at the University Institute of Architecture in Venice, where he was taught by Carlo Scarpa. After graduating, Piva worked as an architect and designer, and he quickly established himself as a leading figure in the field of Italian design.

Piva's furniture designs are characterized by their sleek lines, minimalist forms, and use of high-quality materials. He often used contrasting materials, such as wood and metal, to create a sense of visual interest. His designs are also notable for their comfortable and functional qualities.
