A large cabochon ruby and diamond pendant, 18ct yellow gold and 5ct white gold, made as a fixed short drop pendant, set with a large oval cabochon ruby, measuring approximately 19 x 15.3 x 9.2 mm, weighing approximately 28.00cts, deep red in colour claw set, surmounted by a pave set diamond bail, oversized and fitted with an enhancer clip.
