A 'dreamstone' marble inset hongmu sofa, 19th/20th century, with a shaped openwork back centred with a large oval 'dreamstone' marble plaque flanked by entwined scrolls, the solid seat with double moulded edge extending around the cylindrical armrests carved with strap and disc motifs, the shaped legs joined by an openwork apron centred with a ruyi -shaped marble plaque and cross stretchers above pedestal feet, the wood of rich dark tone, 98 cm high, 161 cm wide, 54 cm deep
