An AKG C-12B microphone and transformer, Austrian made, serial numbers (Microphone), Nr.494 (Transformer), Nr. 826, multi-pattern large diaphragm valve condenser microphone, switch activated -20dB pad, 240v power transformer, protective case, acquired from the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Sydney, on 17 November 1992, I bought these rare AKG microphones from the ABC, when they were 'modernising' their studios. These were used in my home studio for recording and songwriting.' Kirk Pengilly.
