A fine Tibetan gilt bronze alloy figure of Achala, kneeling on one knee, and encrusted with turquoise and coral, 17th/18th century, the head surmounted with a five leaf tiara in front of a crown, a neck collar inlaid with cabochon stones, brandishing a sword in his right hand with the celestial scarf falling to his knee, the left hand raised in front of his heart, jewelled anklets and armbands and wearing a beaded belt adorned with jewels above a tiger skin falling over his knees, height 27 cm, length 21 cm
