A north West Indian opium water flask 'Chuski' 18th/Early 19th century, the reeded compressed globular body on a flared foot in the form of leaves resting on a ring, with delicate 'S' shaped spout, with a screw in cap of foliate form, the spout, handle and cap each surmounted by a cast silver parrot, 15 cm high. Provenance: Purchased from Michael Backman, Ltd, London.
