The booklet comprises of 23 paragraphs covering 'Conditions of Membership', 'Life Members', 'Office Bearers and Committees', 'Meetings', 'Business', 'Votes', 'Fines', 'Resignation and Expulsion' and 'Dissolution'. XXIX. Any Member disputing or making an Umpire's decision a matter of question on the ground, shall be fined ten shillings and sixpence. Extremely rare, we have located only one other example, held in the rare books section of the State Library of Victoria.
