Fitzroy Football Club: A life membership certificate issued for Mr. W.J. Walker in March 1913, signed by the club president, D.J. Chandler and other board members. A most attractive colour lithograph, nicely presented in a period timber frame. Overall 72 x 54 cm. William John Walker played 169 games for Fitzroy, between 1903 and 1914. A ruck shepherd, Walker was a best and fairest winner at Fitzroy in 1909. He was a member of premiership sides in 1904, 1905 and 1913, the last as club captain.
