Fitzroy Hotel Windsor. B. Isaacs, Printer,1866. Enclosed in Mylar; quasi legal document, dated the 22nd day of Dec, 1866. Four pages of manuscript on two conjoined leaves. Submission of matters in dispute to Arbitration. A dispute between the contractors for the paling fence & the Improvement Committee of the Hawkesbury new race Course to be resolved by arbitration & an umpire. Enclosed in Mylar; true copy of an original agreement between John Ridge and Isaac Hopkins & the Hawkesbury new race Course to erect a paling fence around the course, 3rd August, 1866; & award of Mr George Cunningham Umpire in the dispute between Ridge & Hopkins & the Improvement Committee (Hawkesbury new race Course), 24th day of December, 1866.
