A Chinese biscuit carved and reticulated 'Su Sancai' style vase, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), 19th century, the tall square section porcelain vase with a flaring neck, pierced and carved in high relief, each of the four sides divided into two sections, each section depicting a different scene with people in landscapes with architecture, the sections decorated in famille verte enamels, the borders in black enamel. A four character seal mark for 'Qianlong Nian Zhi' carved within the inset base., 50 cm high, 15 cm wide. Provenance: Purchased from Tuck Shing Antiques Ltd, Lane Crawford house, Hong Kong, 2 July 1976.
