A very rare pair of Royal Worcester polar bears by Harry Davis (A/F, one repaired, but not visibly so). Date codes for 1903 and 1904 for the other vase. Both signed. Height 25.5 cm note Apparently Davis visited the London 200 and was inspired by the polar bears there. It is believed he only painted approximately 50 polar bear depictions.
