A teak truncheon from the 1913 Great Strike, idiosyncratically carved with seemingly indiscriminate motifs including skulls and crossbones, ferns, crowns, United Kingdom symbols, etc., but interestingly with the date 7/11/13, the day preceding the Auckland general strike, length 61 cm
