Accessories: none Patek Philippe produced the reference 3445 as its first automatic watch with a date and it was in production from 1961 to 1981. The elegant watch presented here is well preserved and beautifully finished inside, complete with an 18ct gold rotor, as well as being a timeless, visually pleasing, dress watch.
