A Chinese Junyao Sky-Blue bowl, Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368), the stoneware bowl covered in a thick sky-blue glaze, thinning around the mouth-rim to reveal the buff colour of the body beneath. Original Yuan Dynasty hand-forged iron staples affixed to repair an early break. Three-character inscription in red pigment to the base (unread). 8 cm high, 18 cm diameter.
