Rare coastal spear thrower (woomera), New South Wales. Long narrow undecorated spear throwers with flared ends, from coastal New South Wales. They have separate hooks bound to the shafts by fibre and resin. Carved and engraved hardwood with kangaroo tooth, resin and natural fibre. Provenance: R. Berry Collection, Melbourne.
