Rare ceremonial club, Western Australia. Club with an elliptical shaped head and tapering to form an elongated handle. Plano-convex in cross section. The face decorated with an incised geometric pattern. Carved and engraved hardwood, natural pigments with spinifex resin. Provenance: Private Collection, New South Wales. Approx. length 76 x 11 cm
