A gold, diamond, pearl and cameo brooch/pendant, late 19th century, centring an oval hardstone cameo, depicting a finely detailed woman in profile, within a graduated pearl border with diamond bow surmount and mine-cut diamond bale, all mounted in 14ct gold, length approximately 62 mm.
