W.G. Grace: Iconic Signature and Image with Bat

W.G.Grace: fine signature on piece beneath a full-length image of 'W.G.' batting, from a photograph taken by E.Hawkins of Brighton. The image shows the bat with which he made over 1000 runs in May 1895 and which was also used when he completed his one Hundredth century, also in May 1895. The image is captioned beneath with his 1864-1908 first Class career Statistics and an overview of his test career, framed and glazed, overall 39.5 x 39 cm.
