Humphrey Hopper (English, 1765-1844), pair of bronzed plaster figural torcheres, c. 1806, featuring a classical female figure of ebonised plaster with a wreath of grapes and leaves, holding up an electrified lamp emerging from a handful of grapes, inscribed 'Dec (?) 1806 H Hopper London', (A/F) restored (2), height 98 cm width 30 cm depth 36 cm.
