A kahu kiwi feather cloak, Aotearoa, 19th century. Made from muka fibre with predominatly single pair twining. The lower section has double pair twining. There are major losses to the kiwi feathers. Dyed muka bands in purple detail three of the edges. Length 11 cm, width 9.4 cm
