18ct gold, silver and diamond brooch, circa 1890, centring an old cushion-cut diamond weighing approximately 0.45 carats, within a triple surround of further diamonds and suspending a detachable diamond drop together weighing approximately 1.65 carats, measuring 29 mm x 52 mm.
