A late Roman / Byzantine Pottery oil lamp. Levant, c. 400-600 A.D. The oil lamp of round flat body with spout, with concentric bands and shallow groove around the central filler hole, now very much worn, some encrustation and overall surface wear and traces of soot deposit around the wick hole, from the Levant, probably Syria or Palestine. Height 3 cm, width 8.5 cm
