A Solomon Islands carved stone head, collected Morovo Lagoon area, first half 20thC. With scarification patterns to the face that resemble a nguzunguzu, and dramatically distended earlobes with disc earrings. The coiffure as a ribbed and segmented close cap, height 23 cm
