A ruby set Elizabeth II sterling silver cigarette box, 1954 Birmingham, with maker's mark for J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd., the elegant rectangular cigarette box with plain sides and slightly domed top, cedar lined interior with two compartments, engraved to the top with world map set with over thirty rubies to mark travel itinerary or visited world cities, clear hallmarks to body and lid.
