Muhammad Ali IWC Big Pilot Watch & G.O.A.T Book Set

Stainless steel, Muhammad Ali special edition IWC big pilot watch, one of 250 ever made. Distinguishable ,is the accompanying, limited edition, G.O.A.T Sumo book, a commemorative homage of Ali's life in illustration, imagery and a celebration of the 'Greatest of all time', April 26, 2012, IWC Schauffhausen, celebrated the opening of it's first US Flagship boutique in New York city - the largest of it's kind worldwide. IWC marked this milestone, with the launch of the stainless steel, 4.6 cm, big Pilot's watch - Muhammed Ali edition ' limited to 250 pieces, designated as a US exclusive. The case back is engraved with the official logo of Muhummad Ali's 70th birthday. The red hands, & arrow at 12'o'clock and hour indexes on the dial pay reference to his red boxing gloves, our consignor purchased this piece at the IWC Boutique, Rodeo drive, Beverley hills, in October of 2012, alongside the highly collectible, accompanying G.O.A.T book, published by Taschen (limited to 10,000 copies.) the book is signed by both Muhummad Ali and Jeff Koons. Rarely is the watch and book kept together as a set. The book itself weighs some 30kgs and is housed in a silk, covered, illustrated, presentation box. As an extra addition, there is a signed, Jeff Koons print, # 103 limited to 9000. This Collectors set is in new condition and will appeal to a discerning collector, all watches are sold as is.
