Graham McKenzie collection - 1961 Ashes Tour of England: mostly press action photos from the tour, a few annotated in Graham McKenzie's hand including his dismissal of Colin Cowdrey on the first day of 2nd test match at Lords, annotated on reverse 'My 1st test Wicket', another showing McKenzie walking off the ground after being dismissed during a tour match at Leicester annotated on reverse 'This match was the first time I got 5 wickets in an innings; 5/60 1st Innings'; other photos including McKenzie bowling Ted Dexter for 17, and McKenzie and fielders successfully appealing for the Lbw dismissal of Ken Barrington for 66, both photos taken during England's 2nd Innings of the second test; condition a tad variable. (10 photos). McKenzie made his test debut in the 2nd test at Lord's. In Australia's 1st Innings he scored 34 batting at No.10 on a difficult wicket (on his 20th birthday). In England's 2nd Innings he took 5 for 37 including the prized wickets of Ted Dexter & Peter May plus the last 3 wickets in 12 balls, helping Australia secure the match by 5 wickets.
