Capt.), Gibbs, Greenidge, Richards & holding. Displayed together with the official Wi cloth badge and the official team tie. [Previously displayed in the Cricketer's bar, Windsor Hotel, Melbourne). (3 items). The West Indies team played 6 test matches against Australia. Australia won the series 5-1. The series is remembered for hostile fast bowling by Dennis Lillee and Jeff Thomson and for Viv Richards' ability to take on the fast bowlers by opening the innings in the last test match in which he top-scored with 74 from 87 balls.
