Paspaley pair of Australian South Sea pearl and diamond 'Dolce' earrings, property of a private Sydney collector, each designed as an elliptical baton pave-set with brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 5.02 carats, accented with a round cultured pearl measuring 11.00 mm, mounted in 18ct white gold, length 65 mm, post and scroll fittings, marker's mark P for Paspaley. Accompanied by a Paspaley pouch. Provenance: important jewels, Sotheby's Australia, 6 Dec 2017, lot 32, illustrated. Private collection, Sydney, acquired from the above.
