Hand engraved to the reverse ' Visit of the Queen to St Paul's Cathedral on the 27th February 1872, being the day of thanksgiving for the restoration to the health HRH The Prince of Wales, Jt Bedford Esq.' With photographs of Queen Victoria and The Prince of Wales to the interior, crafted in 18ct gold, total weight 30.45gms
