Princes Plain Cricket Club (originally West Kent C.C.), original copper engraved notice headed '1817' advising of the days and time 'Wickets to be Pitched' for that season and depicting a batsman awaiting a ball. A manuscript endorsement at the foot reads 'The above engraving is by the late Hon'ble Heneage Legge.' [1788 - 1844]. Accompanied by a reproduction photograph of Beldam's portrait of Victor Trumper.
