A very rare complete tea service, decorated by the Creeth sisters, May, (1854 - 1947), who painted the tea pot, sugar bowl and milk jug, all depicting, spider orchids. Her sister, Helen, (1851 - 1941), decorated the four trios. Each trio depicts a different W.A, wildflower. Kangaroo paw, wattle, Boronia and spider Orchid. Each piece signed by the respective artist and inscribed with the flower type. The sugar bowl is also dated 1919. Total pieces, (15) (the trios are painted on Wedgwood blanks). Provenance: received as a wedding present in 1919 and has remained in the same Perth family until now. (15).
