Case polished round, fitted with a double row of brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately .....carats, snap on case back, numbered 461075. Closure: Vacheron Constantin 18ct white gold brushed smooth weave integral bracelet and clasp damaged. Dimensions: 23 mm diameter, overall length approximately 153 mm. Signed: dial and movement.
