Montblanc Writers limited edition Fredrich Schiller Fountain Pen, circa.2000. Limited to 18,000 pieces worldwide (#14,957 /18,000). Barrel is made of black precious resin. Cap is made of brown amber gold plated fittings with gold plated clip. Nib made of 18ct, 750 gold, size B/Bold. Piston filled. Comes together with box and paperwork. The writers edition is one of the most famous series of limited Montblanc writing instruments. Every year Montblanc chooses a famous writer and honors them for their art. Schiller's signature is engraved on cap. The elegant 750 gold nib engraving represents a small crossbow, in homage to "William Tell," one of the most famous works by the author.
