An ornate colour lithographic invitation to an evening Reception at the exhibition building, Melbourne, to celebrate the opening of Parliament on 9th May 1901 by the Duke & Duchess of Cornwall, later King George V and Queen Mary; the invitation to Mr Adolphe William cook Owston (or Ouston). Laid down on card, overall 31.5 x 36.5 cm.
