A Moorcroft 'Blackwell' triptych plaque, designed by Nicola Slaney, 2009 the triptych wall plaque in a wooden frame, in a pattern named after a large Arts & Crafts house overlooking lake Windermere, with three 'Stained glass' landscape scenes with stylised floral decoration, with impressed Moorcroft stamp, painted marks and other ciphers to the reverse, in its original box.
