After Joseph Chinard (French, 1756-1813), marble bust of Madame Recaimer, circa 1890 classically resolved, depicting a woman with curled hair arranged high upon her head with a wrapped scarf, she clutches a cloak to her shoulders, raised on a block base, 63 cm high.
