1996 Atlanta, XXVI Summer Olympics: 1996 Olympic Torch, aluminium and pecan wood, cylindrical shape, 80 cm tall. Used in torch relay, handle has been repaired. (Designed by Peter Mastroganis. The 22 silver reeds on the upper half represent the 22 cities which hosted the Summer Games since 1896; the wooden pecan handle represents the connection of the flame between heaven and earth.
