A twenty one piece Limoges coffee service, circa 1930s, comprising a coffee pot, lidded sugar bowl, creamer and nine cups with matching saucers, the coffee pot of high shouldered form tapering to a flared curvaceous base having fluted lemon coloured ribs to the cream body embellished with cobalt roundels with pink cherries and a gilt angled handle; the other components all conforming. Heights: 24 cm. (coffee pot), 17 cm. (sugar pot), 13 cm. (milk jug) and 7 cm. (cup). Diameter 14.5 cm. (saucer)
