A Commedia Dell'Arte porcelain figure by Samson, circa 1880, in the manner of Hochst, the roguish guitar playing Scaramouche modelled with a blue and white vest and shirt, a cape and a pointed hat, supported on a trunk style plinth with applied flowers; mock Hochst mark in gold underside. Height 18.5 cm.
