Jas Fleetwood Lieut 78th foot military General service war medal 1848 (1793-1814), with recognition for services in Napoleonic Peninsula war, the Siege of Ciudad Rodrigo 1812, Siege of Badajoz 1812, Battle of Salamanca 1812, Battle of Nivelle 1813, Battle of Orthez 1814, Battle of Toulouse 1814. The reverse shows Queen Victoria on dais placing a wreath on the head of the kneeling Duke of Wellington, the obverse shows a bust of Queen Victoria facing left. Condition good, minor age related wear. Total length 15.2 cm
